An easy way to make a healthier living style would be to make things that are good for you more accessible and things that are bad for your heath less accessible. If we cut out all the fast food restaurants and made healthy food like fruits and vegetables cheaper, more people would eat them. Another fix is to try and encourage people to cut back on tobacco use. If we had less of that, more people would have a better lifestyle.

I think that it is a goo idea to raise the age on allowing people to buy tobacco, but I feel that the people who really wanted to smoke would still smoke.
